White Cap Beach Condos is the newest resort on Fort Myers Beach. It is small, family friendly and is located in a quiet residential section of the island directly across the street from the beach and Newton Park. Every detail has been considered for your enjoyment and convenience. The resort consists of two buildings and has only 10 units. There is covered parking, an elevator, 4' deep heated pool, pool deck with furniture, guest storage lockers in garage area, and local island management. While it is across the street from the beach, the cross walk is located in front of the resort, allowing safe and easy access to the beach. Newton Park, beautifully landscaped with native plants and grasses has several picnic tables, umbrellas and a charming grass thatched cabana. They just added two bocce ball courts and have a public restroom. The Fort Myers Beach Trolley stop is one block away too, so public transportation is just steps away. The trolley runs south to Lovers Key and North to Town Square about every 30 minutes and is only 25 cents per ride!
A very nice Publix grocery store is located only one block away which is very convenient! In fact, it is an asset that cannot be underestimated during the height of the winter season! Try the rotisseried “Mojo” chicken. Snook Bight Yacht Club and Marina is a full service marina is located just behind the Publix. It has been completely remodeled. It offers boat rental, fishing charters, bait & tackle & the best dining on the island at the Bay Front Bistro. We're also within a 30 minute drive from numerous attractions and areas, like Lovers Key State Park, Putt Putt on San Carlos Blvd., Naples and Sanibel/Captiva.
