All bookings subject to 11% Florida Sales Tax. Cleaning fee is included in all weekly rentals.
All reservations require a $50 non-refundable “Hold” Deposit that is applied to the total Payments.
** Minimum 3 night stay, unless noted otherwise. ** $150 Cleaning fee for shorter stays.
